Our Promise to You We want you to be head over heels for every Liyvora piece. If for any reason you're not completely smitten, we've made returns simple and stress-free. Because jewellery should only ever bring joy. Returns Window You've got 30 days from the date your order arrives to decide if the piece feels like you. If it doesn't? Send it back. No awkward questions asked. What We Need from You To process your refund smoothly, please make sure: The item is unworn and in its original condition (trying it on at home is absolutely fine; wearing it to a party and then returning it, not so much). It comes back in its original Liyvora packaging, including the velvet pouch and any cards. Pierced earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless they arrived with a manufacturing fault. How to Return (3 Simple Steps) Give us a heads-up: Email us at liyvora.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return (even if the reason is just "wasn't my vibe" — we honestly don't mind). Pack it with care: Pop the jewellery back in its original packaging, well protected. It needs to arrive back in one perfect piece. Post it back: We'll email you the return address within the UK. Return postage is at your cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Your Refund Once your piece arrives back at our studio and passes a quick inspection, we'll process your refund. The full product price goes back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your piece arrived with a defect or we sent the wrong item (our mistake, we own it), please email us at liyvora.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort everything: return postage, replacement, or full refund. You won't pay a penny extra. Exchanges We don't offer automatic exchanges via the website just yet. If you've got your eye on another Liyvora design, the quickest route is: return your current piece for a refund and place a new order. That way you secure your new favourite before it sells out.
